Something Digital has recently joined forces with Rightpoint, a global experience leader and a Genpact company.

 

Genpact, a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation, today announced the expansion of its experience business, Rightpoint, with the acquisition of Something Digital. The addition of Something Digital’s deep commerce expertise to Rightpoint’s customer experience leadership, will further enable the company’s ability to drive experience-led transformation at scale for clients across industries. 

Something Digital is an interactive agency with offices around the US. We have spent close to 20 years developing customer software, eCommerce sites, intranets, and websites for diverse clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

 

Something Digital is looking for a Digital Strategist. Currently, this role is 100% remote.

We have offices in New York City (HQ), Los Angeles, CA and West Palm Beach, FL.

We’ll need you to:

 

  • Strategize, coordinate, and execute various online marketing campaigns to achieve targeted e-commerce goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and development team to execute tasks
  • Enhance SEO and SEM performance for e-commerce clients
  • Calculate and optimize campaign ROI
  • Provide weekly e-commerce reporting for our existing clients
  • Develop, implement, and maintain PPC campaigns for search, remarking, and display
  • Maintain and track monthly campaign budgets
  • Support email marketing initiatives from a strategy and metrics standpoint
  • Interact directly with clients to provide analysis and recommendations
  • Participate in new business development and sales for potential digital marketing clients, new builds, and transition projects by providing analytics reports and digital marketing forecasting
  • Account management of digital marketing clients
  • Aid in the creation of functional specs and the QA process for new builds
  • Aid in the tagging of site improvements in GA for SEG clients
  • Aid in the creation of SD digital marketing collateral and pitch decks
  • Perform GA, SEO, and digital marketing audits for new and prospective clients
  • Spearhead SD internal digital marketing efforts such as paid search, SEO, retargeting, and paid social
  • Complete assigned SEG digital marketing specific tasks, often involving tag implementation

 

You must have:

 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and metrics- based reporting
  • Experience developing digital campaigns and tracking results and budgets
  • Ability to manage and optimize digital campaigns for targeted conversations
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints and manage multiple projects, tasks, and clients simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively and provide ongoing support

 

 

It’d be great if you had:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify)
  • Experience with Email Service Providers (ESP) (e.g., Bronto, Mailchimp, Listrak, etc.)
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Bing Ad Center
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with SEO
  • Experience with a/b testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
  • Experience with retargeting (e.g., AdRoll, Criteo, GDN)
