Position at Resolver

As an Implementation Specialist, you live to delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, who helps guide Resolver’s SaaS implementations by separating wants from needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software and administering training on best practices. 

You'll partner with Consultants, Solution Architects and Project Managers to impress customers with implementations that typically take 3- 6 months - but don't worry, you'll be working on multiple projects at once that will keep things interesting but not overwhelming!

What you will be doing

  • Managing and implementing multiple SaaS projects simultaneously
  • Educate and guide customers on what’s required for successful implementations
  • Managing the lifecycle of the project from requirements, configuring, testing, training and deployment
  • Gathering and documenting customer functional and technical requirements
  • Configuring the software based on the requirements gathered
  • Creating design alternatives, producing work estimates, recommendations, and securing agreement on designs that satisfy customer requirements and reflect industry best practices
  • Test configuration and design to ensure minimum rework and UAT issues for the customer
  • Deliver administrator, train-the-trainer, and end-user training sessions, and updating training materials as required (including documents, decks, videos, etc.)
  • Transition customers to the Support and Customer Success teams following implementation
  • Provide our Product Management team on market feedback
  • Controlling and communicating project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to customers and management
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction

 

What you will need

  • 2+ years of prior experience in delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions
  • Experience with Visio and MS Office
  • Ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Be a self-starter who can take charge of tasks with minimal direction (we’re not fans of micro-management)
