We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team.
- Secure key prospect information to identify and qualify sales-ready leads and others to be nurtured for future opportunities.
- Respond quickly to inbound sales leads that come from the website, email marketing campaigns, in bound calls, trade shows and other sources to qualify leads and set introductory sales demos and appointments.
- Develop a level of expertise of Relatient’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and understanding of associated technologies and how they solve the customer’s business needs.
- Expected to manage a high volume of outreaches via phone calls and email automation campaigns per day.
- Use Salesforce and Outreach integration to manage and track leads.
- Meet and exceed lead generation goals and benchmarks.
- Meet daily goals of outreaches.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma required, prefer some college or technical coursework.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent cold-calling skills. This is a true hunter role.
- Self-starter with a keen work ethic.
- Comfortable with a startup environment and flexible to change.
- Highly motivated to achieve ambitious goals.
- Ability to build a rapport with a wide range of personalities.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, CRM including Salesforce and marketing/email automation solutions.
- Strong competitive drive and tenacity.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and explain software technology.
