CLIENT STRATEGIST

Our Client Strategists sit at the intersection of platform expertise, product innovation, sales support and product marketing. You’ll work cross functionally across the organization in an effort to help alleviate friction points and streamline processes that enable internal teams to provide exceptional recommendations, powering the decisions of our customers. The work you do is rooted in strategy, drawing on your experience as an expert on the Pulsepoint product suite, focusing on providing clients thoughtful, innovative, and insightful ways to utilize our platform.

THE PRODUCT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON:

LIFE BY PULSEPOINT™, Everything you need to plan, activate, analyze and optimize your digital healthcare advertising campaigns - in one platform. Our proprietary data targeting solutions are the backbone for thousands of healthcare brands seeking instant access to forecast, target and engage DTC and HCP audiences at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Work with sellers & account managers to interpret and respond to client RFP & RFI requests; providing recommendations rooted in strategic and innovative ways to activate media campaigns out of the LIFE platform
  • Proactively identify opportunities for incremental ways for clients to utilize our product suite
  • Partner with the campaign activators to provide recommendations on potential enhancements based on client feedback and personal experiences with a primary focus on media planning capabilities
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to provide client centric insights to be utilized in marketing materials
  • Work with the business development team to identify unique activation opportunities and supply partnerships
  • Focus on process and workflow enhancements to create efficiencies in the planning process, internal communication and overall quality of outputs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3-5 years experience in the media planning, buying, programmatic tech space (programmatic trader, media planner, agency exp., ad tech, COE, etc)
  • Previous exposure working with multi-channel media (Display, OLV, CTV, etc.)
    • Experience with emerging channels/pharma specific a plus (Audio, DOOH, EHR, etc)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation experience 
  • Proven track record of strategy first recommendations, thinking and innovation
  • A deep understanding of digital platforms, tools, technologies, and trends, and a passion for innovation on all fronts
  • Self-starter with the drive to continue to innovate, improve and question the status-quo
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Client-facing experience preferred
