  • Do you want to work for a company that helps you navigate your career and invests in your development?
  • Does a work environment that fosters career growth excite you?
  • Is having an open and transparent leadership team important to you in your next role?

If you answered yes to the above questions, you are in luck….PulsePoint is hiring!

PulsePoint is a fast-growing healthcare technology company (with adtech roots) using real-time data to transform healthcare. We help brands and agencies interpret the hard- to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award- winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous.

What You Will Work On

As the Account Manager on HCP365 (our first data product under the Signal umbrella), you will get to lead and manage large scale onboarding and integration projects at the intersection of data and healthcare. You will have a hand in defining the future of the Signal product line, and work with the world's top healthcare clients on innovative data- driven applications that lead to real world health outcomes.

You will be responsible for the growth and retention of high-profile Brand Direct Signal clients. You’ll help both existing and prospective Signal clients and partners understand the full power of the platform, explain technical features, help with new solution onboarding, and roll out proof of concepts. You’ll proactively collect client and market feedback on an ongoing basis and work with Strategy, Product, Operations, Analytics and Engineering to address the market needs.

A bit more about Signal:

HCP365 (the first Signal product) is an award-winning product having won a Martech Breakthrough Award and a finalist for the PM360 Trailblazer Award. It's the only health analytics and measurement solution that provides a complete, always on view of HCP audience engagement across all digital channels. This gives marketers and researchers unprecedented access to data insights and reporting used to inform and optimize investment decisions.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Develop & strengthen our relationships with clients, become a trusted advisor and serve as the point person for all post-sales client requests;
  • Manage all HCP365 reports, insights and data delivery to the client in a timely fashion;
  • Help clients find new ways to make use of Signal data;
  • Grow and retain client relationships and book of business;
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert on the platform;
  • Support the Signal sales team on technical sales;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to develop and execute client strategy and identify growth opportunities

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Deep understanding of digital new media/marketing and how data drives key decisions (a data background is key for this role);
  • Candidates with a background in health data segments move to the front of the line;
  • Incredible customer success management and servicing skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and, more importantly, grow existing revenue streams;
  • High aptitude for technical problem solving (we need that hacker/hustler mentality)
  • You’ll hit the ground running here if you come from an agency analytics/business intelligence group, with health data experience and a sales engineering background

WHAT WE GIVE TO YOU:

  • Comprehensive healthcare with medical, dental, and vision options, and 100%-paid life & disability insurance
  • 401(k) Match
  • Generous paid vacation and sick time
  • Paid parental leave & adoption assistance
  • Annual training and development budget & annual tuition assistance
  • Donation matching and group volunteer opportunities
  • A referral bonus program -- we love hiring referrals here at PulsePoint
