We help brands and agencies interpret the hard-to-read signals across the health journey and unify these digital determinants of health with real-world data to produce the most dimensional view of the customer. Our award-winning advertising platforms use machine learning and programmatic automation to seamlessly activate this data, making marketing, predictive analytics, and decision support easy and instantaneous. We are looking for a Sales Engineer with experience within programmatic platforms to join our team! 

The Sales Engineer will help close deals by educating prospective clients on how the platform will work to meet their needs and how to use it effectively. They are constantly educating both sellers and prospective clients on new and existing products and how they can help achieve their goals. Sales Engineers have a unique ability to explain sophisticated technology in everyday terms and clearly articulate a new client's use case to the product and engineering teams. They are the bridge between prospective clients and the platform teams.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Work with AM/PSM/CM teams to collect user feedback
  • Work with UX team to design new features and updates
  • Write and manage user stories for engineers to build your enhancements
  • Train operations teams on how to use new features and track adoption through product usage suite

Qualifications:


  • 3 years experience in programmatic platforms (DSP, SSP, DMP, etc)
  • Comfortable presenting data & technology to clients
  • Analytical mindset and experience
  • Excel proficiency, BI experience (Looker, Tableau) a plus Health experience a plus
