Description

Key Tasks :

  • Regular meetings with our Indian customers and Distributors
  • Drive demand creation at Distributors to achieve annual revenue
  • Work with Distributors to maximize pipeline and increase design win count and revenue
  • Work together with Power Integrations Technical Team to successfully achieve design-wins
  • Manage monthly customer forecast and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Provide regular training to distribution branch offices
  • Carry out market research and monitor competitor products
  • Define available market and share of market by applications

 Profile :

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, another language would be advantageous
  • It is a customer facing role and it requires 75% travelling across the region
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships

 Qualifications / Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years sales experiences as Channel / Distribution Sales Engineer or Manager
  2. Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent is preferred,
  3. Extensive knowledge of the Electronics Components / Systems industry, Appliance, AC-DC & quick charger is preferred;
  4. English and local language proficiency;
  5. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
