Distribution Manager

Job Description & Requirements:
- Responsible for managing the mass market business in South China (mainly in Huizhou, Dongguan and Fujian province)
- Maintain and manage the relationship with the distributors across different working levels
- Drive the demand creation business maintaining YoY growth in South China (mainly in Huizhou, Dongguan and Fujian province)
- Develop marketing strategies with each distributor in PI focus market segments
- Leverage distributor’s resources to achieve PI goals and growth
- Preferably with AC-DC Power knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge with industrial and automotive markets will be preferred
- Minimum a degree holder and EE degree will be added advantage
- 5~10 years of working experience in semiconductor distributors/suppliers
- Experience in distribution management role is required.
- Candidates should have a positive attitude, dependable and a team player
- Good communication skillsets in both English & Chinese
