EPI Technician

Operations Branchburg, New Jersey


Epitaxy Technician/Operator will work in the class 100 semiconductor facility and will perform multiple operations including:

  • Loading/unloading MOCVD reactors, loading up the recipes and running the tools.
  • Perform the characterization of the epitaxial wafers using defect inspection tools, Photoluminescence tools, Sheet resistance measurements, X-ray diffraction measurement, and Capacitance-Voltage measurement.
  • Document the results in a wip system and follow the epi process procedures.



  • Candidate must be able to stand/walk for an extended period of time, possess keen hearing and good eyesight, must be computer literate, especially familiar with Microsoft Office package.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift system



AS in Electronics or equivalent.


  • Minimum two years of directly related experience.
