EPI Technician
Description
Epitaxy Technician/Operator will work in the class 100 semiconductor facility and will perform multiple operations including:
- Loading/unloading MOCVD reactors, loading up the recipes and running the tools.
- Perform the characterization of the epitaxial wafers using defect inspection tools, Photoluminescence tools, Sheet resistance measurements, X-ray diffraction measurement, and Capacitance-Voltage measurement.
- Document the results in a wip system and follow the epi process procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to stand/walk for an extended period of time, possess keen hearing and good eyesight, must be computer literate, especially familiar with Microsoft Office package.
- Able to work in a 24/7 rotating shift system
Education:
AS in Electronics or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of directly related experience.
