Peloton provides Advisory, Consulting, and Managed services with deep functional and technical expertise specializing in serving clients in the Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, Aerospace and Defense and Financial Services industries. Peloton provides our clients’ services which span the entirety of Oracle’s SaaS and PaaS services. This requires expertise in how to effective manage complex technical projects spanning across multiple technologies, functional areas as well as manage delivery across Peloton’s Global Delivery Centers. Peloton is looking for an experienced leader in this space to lead and standardize technical management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Leads teams delivering technical components of large Oracle Cloud SaaS programs
- Assists in the creation of technical delivery management platforms and frameworks for Peloton’s RICEs working with the Project Manager to ensure that the technical deliverables are respecting the agreed timeline
- Ensures teams are trained and on-boarded onto the Peloton delivery management platform
- Coaches, trains and drives teams in the adoption of the delivery management platform
- Collaborates with delivery teams, accountable for measurement and enablement of a consistent global delivery model
- Works with functional and technical teams to apply best practices for delivering QA for Oracle Cloud integrations, conversions, reports and extensions
Required Experience & Skills:
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent.
- Expertise with multiple SDLCs (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, Oracle AIM/OUM)
- Requires 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, with technical exposure working on Oracle Cloud or on-premise (EBS) platforms
- Requires 2+ years experience with Oracle Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM, CX) projects.
- Expertise with technical project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, etc…)
- Management experience working with a global delivery model.
- Prior exposure as Tech-Functional Lead is key.
- Demonstrated presence, leadership and presentation skills
- High level of general management skills, including leading, negotiating, communicating, and team building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- May require some travel within the United States.
