Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to play a hands on role in a new, high growth practice area.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The Architect will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Partner with clients to develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and advise on future state recommendations based on Oracle’s leading business practices and the client’s program goals
- Act as a lead supporting detailed assessments, future state design sessions, design and build requirements, support development team and tasks, as well as the overall implementation approach
- Recommend road maps to close performance and process gaps and develop high level implementation plans
- Gather and analyze detailed business requirements, strategic and operational program goals
- Align business requirements and leading practices to implement a technical solution that supports the client’s business goals
- Advise the client on how to best bring their HR and Talent processes to life within Oracle HCM Cloud suite of products which may include both recommending new and refining existing business processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
Required Experience & Skills
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with at least 5 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect, Solutions Consulting and/or implementation experience.
- Must have experience in full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM across various modules such as, Core, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Talent, Workforce Compensation, Performance/Goals, Recruiting, Learning, HR Helpdesk acting as a lead or Solution Architect.
- Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Global HR, Workforce Management and Workforce Rewards, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor.
- Preferred experience consulting on HCM systems architecture, integration and/or management consulting
- Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology
- Ability to lead a team, as well as be hands on to assist in configuration as needed.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills internally and with clients

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

Additional Desired Skills
- Certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience with HR compliance reporting and global compliance (GDPR and ITAR a huge plus)
- Understanding of and ability to advise on Talent and HR data and analytics
- Experience working with benefits, absence management and security
- Experience with leading and mentoring junior staff
