Peloton has a unique opportunity for an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Consultant to play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:
- Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations.
- Recommending road maps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
- Hands-on configuration of the solution with the ability to support junior team members.
- Defining new and refining existing business processes.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
Required Experience & Skills
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree.
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of lead experience in Oracle Cloud Procurement (direct) with previous global design workshop experience and completion of at least 3 full life cycle implementation projects.
- Must have proven expertise in Procure to Pay processes and hands on experience in the following procurement modules: Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients.
- Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Position will require some travel (anywhere from 25 to 40%)
Additional Desired Skills
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Inventory Management and/or Costing implementation.
- Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud – Procurement, Inventory, Costing or other
- Experience and desire to mentor junior staff
