Purpose & Need
What You’ll Do
- Handle front desk duties in our Bartow office (including answering phones/transferring calls for all offices)
- Monitor and maintain office and breakroom supplies. Receive and process deliveries from various vendors (Amazon, Office Depot, etc.)
- Perform work related errands as needed (store trips to purchase sodas/supplies, post office, ordering lunch for internal meetings, etc.)
- Assist with preparing backup, copying and scanning of monthly credit card and checking statements.
- Manage calendar for vehicle and meeting room requests.
- Maintain mileage and maintenance logs for company vehicles
- Assist with copying, scanning and compiling presentation packets/binders as needed
- Proactively initiate assistance to other PGA staff members. Displays eagerness towards learning new methods/skills
What You’ll Need
- High school graduate or equivalent (college graduate preferred)
- Previous receptionist / office experience required (2-5 years of experience)
What You’ll Bring
- Proficiency in MS Office and a wide variety of office support and administrative functions
- Punctual with good organization skills and ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner at the direction of various people
- Excellent skills in the areas of numeracy, literacy, written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive and friendly disposition
- Ability to deal with constant interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards in all work efforts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completes tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner meeting PGA standards with minimal errors
