The Job at a Glance
Our Packaging Supply Specialist (Internally known as Proud Organizer of Packaging Supplies) is responsible for coordinating the daily unload and storage of the packaging supplies. In addition, this position is assigned the task of supplying packaging supplies to the supply racks within designated areas. This specialist will also be required to perform good housekeeping skills at the storage locations and supply racks. This specialist will be required to perform packing slip audits looking for quality issues and will play a key role in helping us manage and organize our supplies within the FC.
A Typical Day
- Unload packaging supplies and store in designated areas
- Re-supply boxes to box making zones as necessary
- Perform supply replenishments at supply racks
- Clean and organize storage areas and supply racks
- Use 2way radios to communicate
- Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet trucks to transport packaging supplies
- Inventory packaging supplies as needed
- Track inventory storage locations in the WMS
- Collecting cardboard from all over the facility and feeding it into a centralized baler.
- Gathering and disposing of trash inside.
To Land This Opportunity
- You possess strong problem solving, attention to detail, time management, multitasking and organizational skills
- You’re adaptable and thrive within quickly changing environments
- You possess abilities to be able move around for long periods of time, and intermittently lift 40 lbs unassisted
- You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
- You’re looking to work Monday – Friday 9:30am-6:00pm and Saturdays when needed
- You must be able to operate Forklift, Reach Truck and Pallet Jack (Will Train)
About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
