The Job at a Glance

Responsible for shaping the experience of each Parts Town customer, the Customer Experience Supervisor is a voice to the way that Parts Town is changing the industry. The Customer Experience Supervisor will support internal team members by serving as the primary point of contact for training, guidance, and will support the day-to-day functions related to the operations of the Platinum phone team. Taking on additional responsibility through maintaining team reports and projects, this individual will ensure Platinum is functioning at their utmost capacity. The Supervisor will foster a positive team environment, success in this demanding position requires the ability to thrive within a fast-paced atmosphere, the capability to multi-task, a dedication to coaching and training, and a passion to provide the best experience for our customers.

 

A Typical Day

  • Support internal team members’ personal growth and development as they progress through their Parts Town journey.
  • Guide our team through the Platinum Customer Experience by effectively collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs and finding solutions that create satisfaction for the customer and the company.
  • Handle payroll, attendance issues, and disciplinary notices when applicable.
  • Monitor the Wallboard when needed to ensure phone coverage.
  • Assist the Customer Experience management team with customer escalation calls to find the best resolution for the customer.
  • Handle reports, ROSD’s and warranty exceptions daily.

The salary range for this role is $59,635.29 - $68,600.07 ($28.67 - $35.03 hourly) is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
