The Job at a Glance

As a Material Handler, internally know as OEM Parts Wrangler, you will be responsible for providing support for every step an order takes in the fulfillment process. Our Material Handlers are responsible for picking orders, prepping material for shipments, box making, and maintaining constant support for our team members. Our Material Handlers are also cross-trained in all inbound operations such as putaway, receiving, and kitting.  Being self-motivated and having the ability to switch between different tasks seamlessly throughout the day is essential to this role.

 

A Typical Day

  • Picking orders from multiple zones in the Fulfillment Center with a high level of accuracy
  • Prep product to satisfy our vendor’s requirements
  • Organizing pre-shipment orders to prepare for daily shipments
  • Support team members with loading and unloading shipments onto the conveyance system
  • Maintain open lines of communication with peers and management
  • Strive to improve and develop processes to support the growth of the department

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have previous experience in picking and packing material 
  • If you have experience HighJump and Korber One Platform, it’s a plus!
  • You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 50lbs unassisted
  • You are forklift certified or willing to become certified to operate vehicles daily
  • You are highly detail oriented, quality driven, and have superb time management skills
  • You are looking to work 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday through Friday and are able to work Saturday as needed

About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $37,893.45 – $46,314.21 annually ($18.21 – $22.26 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
