The Job at a Glance
The Senior Innovative Channel Operations Specialist (Internally known as, Orderslinger) is a distribution operations role. You will be working in vendor portals and HighJump daily. This specialist is responsible for each step of the order, from picking, packing, and shipping. Being self-motivated and having the ability to switch between different tasks seamlessly throughout the day is essential to this role.
A Typical Day
- Process and maintain new orders in HighJump
- Use MS Excel and Access to manage information exchange between vendor sites
- Pick orders utilizing RF Scanner
- Pack orders utilizing MS Excel tools and Highjump
- Ship orders utilizing MS Excel, HighJump, and Vendor website
- Handle exceptions at all levels of the order fulfillment process
- Maintain open lines of communication with peers, management, and vendor online support teams
- Strive to improve and develop processes to support the growth of the department
To Land This Opportunity
- You possess previous experience using HighJump
- You have experience with data entry and analysis (Microsoft Excel and Access), it’s a plus
- You withhold previous experience in picking and packing orders
- You have the willingness to learn vehicle’s is a plus (order picker, walkie rider)
- You demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in email form
- You are highly detail oriented and quality driven
- You possess strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- You can work a 6am-2:30pm schedule; however, this can change any time between 6am-6pm
About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
