Performance BMW/MINI is looking for a Detailer to join their Dynamic Team!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Detail the interior and exterior of all inventory and sold vehicles.
• Perform rustproofing, undercoating, paint protection and fabric protection.
• Use the buffer to polish vehicles as required.
• Maintain the detailing equipment.
• Organize and prepare rental vehicles.
• Treat every vehicle as if it were your own.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive detailer experience is preferred.
• Experienced in providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• High attention to detail.
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.
• A proven self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
• Capable of working in a collaborative environment while providing a positive attitude.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.
• Must have non-skid/safety shoes.

Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $20.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
