Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Inventory Coordination & Vehicle Movement:
- Manage and track all used vehicle movement between locations, service, detail, and front-line display.
- Coordinate vehicle transfers and ensure accurate updates in dealership management systems (PBS, vAuto, Trader, CarGurus, etc.).
- Appraisals & Purchasing:
- Support management with trade-in appraisals, including entering appraisal data, obtaining MMR values, and assisting with market comparisons.
- Coordinate the purchase and intake of vehicles from auctions, dealer trades, and group stores.
- Reconditioning & Service Coordination:
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Detail Department to ensure timely completion of reconditioning work.
- Track vehicle status through service and detailing, ensuring vehicles are ready for retail presentation within target timelines.
- Follow up on reconditioning estimates, RO completion, and internal billing accuracy.
- Pricing & Merchandising:
- Support the management in pricing.
- Maintain accurate and appealing vehicle descriptions, options, pricing, and photos.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly merchandised.
- Support management with administrative tasks.
- Comply with the strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
Here’s what you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of dealership management systems and inventory tools
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and good driving record.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Dealer CRM system experience required.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across departments.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A strong performer with excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual compensation): $45,000 - $65,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
