Description

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services that power NinjaOne across a workforce spanning 10+ countries. From contract negotiation and vendor partnerships to global logistics and process improvement, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery.  This is not a back-office purchasing role — it’s an opportunity to own procurement end-to-end, influence how we invest in IT, and establish Procurement as a first-stop strategic partner to the business. You’ll manage immediate project needs while building scalable practices that connect Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, and beyond. If you’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of hypergrowth, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact and leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing global company.

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Own and execute the procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of business requirements
  • Review, negotiate, and renew contracts in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders, securing favorable terms, compliance, and alignment across all agreements
  • Oversee and coordinate global logistics, including vendor management, inventory control, transportation, and delivery timelines, to ensure goods and services arrive on time and in excellent condition for a globally distributed workforce
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging procurement SMEs and networks to expand sourcing options and improve vendor performance
  • Research and evaluate products, solutions, and suppliers to recommend innovative and cost-efficient alternatives that meet business needs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, HR, Recruiting, and Legal to bridge process gaps, strengthen alignment, and provide visibility into spend and allocations
  • Assess and mature procurement processes by introducing scalable practices that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and position Procurement as a strategic partner in planning rather than a reactive function
  • Other duties as needed

About You
  • 4+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management, ideally with global exposure
  • Skilled in contract negotiations and reviews in partnership with Legal
  • Strong vendor management, with established relationships across procurement SMEs and suppliers
  • Experienced in product research, sourcing, and coordinating global logistics
  • Advanced skills in Excel, NetSuite (ERP), Airbase, Outlook, Slack, and our IT ticketing systems FreshService
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage relationships with both domestic and international stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; adaptable to evolving or suboptimal processes common in earlier-stage companies
  • Collaborative approach, with experience partnering cross-functionally with Accounting, IT, HR, Recruiting, Legal, and external vendors
  • Operate with urgency and flexibility, applying structured thinking to ambiguous situations and excelling in dynamic, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly.
  • Embody NinjaOne’s values: Curiosity, Integrity, Kindness, Humility, Builders and foster an environment where these values thrive.
