 About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Lead, MSP, EMEA to join our Business Development and Partnerships GTM team, reporting to the Head of MSP Partnerships. In this role, you will support MSP partnership strategy and execution across the EMEA region, assisting leadership in driving key initiatives and executing on established priorities. You will help operationalize scalable programs and support how we engage with strategic partners and the MSP ecosystem to assist our sales team in their engagements. 
 
This is a developing strategic role which will contribute to the success of NinjaOne, with core responsibilities focused on supporting MSP partnership initiatives, assisting with execution of Tech and MSP partnerships, helping drive closed won revenue in alignment with leadership direction, and maintaining BD reporting and tracking. You will act as a regional resource for MSP partnerships in EMEA, operating under the guidance and direction of the Head of MSP Partnerships. 

Location: Remote, anywhere in Germany 

 

What You’ll be Doing 
· Support the execution of MSP and Tech Alliance relationships across EMEA, in alignment with global MSP partnership strategy 
· Assist in coordinating GTM motions with strategic partners and regional stakeholders 
· Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to help ensure our partner program delivers holistic value back to our MSP partners 
· Support external-facing engagements and projects within the MSP market across EMEA 
· Partner with broader GTM teams to ensure NinjaOne is represented at key regional industry events 
· Assist in driving a positive feedback loop between MSP partners and product development 
· Maintain BD reporting, tracking, and regional partnership metrics 
· Other duties as needed 
 

About You 
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience 
· 3–5 years’ experience supporting BD relationships, partnerships, or MSP-focused roles 
· Experience in IT Operations software or similar solutions preferred 
· Demonstrated success contributing to revenue-generating initiatives 
· Strong communication skills and active listening skills 
· Fluent in German and English
· Ability to support customer and partner engagements including presentations, demos, and discovery calls 
· Professional presence and developing business acumen 
· Ability to build credibility with partners and internal stakeholders 
· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
