About the Role
As a Strategic Solutions Architect, you are the premier technical authority for NinjaOne’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) ecosystem. You will guide our most complex enterprise customers in designing secure, scalable architectures for iOS, Android, and macOS. You aren't just a demo expert; you are a seasoned problem solver—an architect and technical visionary who takes direct responsibility for the successful deployment and long-term operational health of our largest mobile-centric accounts.
Location - remote, anywhere in UK
What You’ll be Doing
- Specialized Technical Leadership: Serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) for MDM, guiding strategic clients through complex implementation and policy design
- Strategic Sales Support: Partner with the sales team on high-stakes Tier 0 and Tier 1 opportunities, providing technical discovery, deep-dive demos, and custom proof-of-concepts (POCs) specifically for mobile environments
- Architectural Excellence: Translate intricate mobile technical patterns (DEP/ADE, Android Enterprise, zero-touch) into clear business benefits for C-suite and IT stakeholders
- Product & Engineering Bridge: Regularly collaborate with Product Management to advocate for MDM feature sets, conducting win/loss analysis and participating in PRD reviews to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of market trends
- Content & Enablement: Maintain MDM-specific technology toolkits, documentation in the Dojo, and best-practice frameworks to be used by the wider SE team
- Implementation Oversight: Guide our largest customers through the "first-mile" of MDM implementation, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Management
- Other duties as needed
About You
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical work experience
- Proven Track Record: 7+ years in a pre-sales solution-focused role, with a significant portion dedicated to Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM)
- MDM Mastery: Deep expertise in Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and the surrounding security landscapes (UEM, Identity/IdP, Endpoint Security)
- Strategic Communicator: Ability to move seamlessly between a technical deep-dive with engineers and a strategic value presentation with financial and executive leaders
- Agile & Driven: A self-motivated professional who thrives in an ever-changing environment and is dedicated to constant process improvement
- Organizational Pro: High-level workflow organization, capable of managing multiple complex integrations and high-priority enterprise deals simultaneously
