About the opportunity:   
NetDocuments is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for the Latin American Region with a heavy focus on Brazil. Latin America represents a relatively new territory with incredible opportunity for growth. The vast majority of deals are sold through partners so this will be a strategic role with both selling and partner management responsibilities. The Strategic Account Manager hunts, prospects, and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the sales process start to finish.  You will also be Responsible for the ongoing success of the sales channel partner strategy providing leadership, support, and direction for new and existing partners to ensure business objectives are delivered. Overall, the role serves as the primary relationship owner for the LATAM territory of current accounts and partners with responsibility for retention and growth.     
The ideal candidate will have experience leading and motivating sales through the partner channel with knowledge of the LATAM region. This candidate will have experience establishing and monitoring sales team targets and meet with prospective clients to answer questions about NetDocuments products.   
   
What your contributions will be:   
  • Build own pipeline of sales opportunities and be responsible to hit and exceed revenue quota quarterly as well as annually
  • Provide accurate forecasting and identify and track relevant metrics of success
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Drive programmatic pipeline growth and establish loyalty with customers and channel partners
  • Act as the liaison between clients and resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Manage the communication of products, features and marketing campaigns
  • Resolve partner-customer conflicts and build mindshare within NetDocuments’ Professional services and support teams
  • Design go-to-market plans, and understand partner sales processes to capitalize on opportunities for NetDocuments
  • Recruit new partners and persuade decision makers to include NetDocuments in their go-to-market and selling strategies
  • Be an expert on the industry: follow the latest industry news, attend events regularly, network heavily, and have a systematic approach to Identifying market trends

What you will need for success:   
  • 5+ years enterprise sales SAAS experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Portuguese speaking proficiency
  • Knowledge and experience of the LATAM region
Ideally you will have:   
  • Experience selling legal tech solutions
  • Spanish speaking proficiency
