What You’ll Do
In this role and within Financial Crime & Compliance Technology – Implementation Team, you're the quality champion for end‑to‑end solution upgrades and migrations. You’ll:
  • Support testing for multiple X‑Sight products, including SAM, CDD, ActOne, CTR, OAS, STAR, Entity Risk, and more.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites to streamline regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Validate new versions of solutions and configurations migrated from on‑prem or AWS‑hosted environments.
  • Test data migrations—including up to five years of historical data—ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant data outcomes.
  • Work across 3 environments (development, test, production) and support deployment testing in each.
  • Perform functional testing, performance tuning, and simulation testing (e.g., SAM Simulation, AW scoring).
  • Participate in regression and remediation cycles, sizing exercises, and Go‑Live readiness checks.
  • Support Go‑Live and post‑production testing to ensure smooth rollout and system stability.
  • Collaborate closely with implementation engineers, solution architects, and client teams to resolve defects and strengthen product quality.

What You’ll Bring
To be successful, you’ll bring a mix of technical know‑how and real‑world testing experience:
  • Strong background in software testing, with experience in building automation suites and developing test frameworks.
  • Hands‑on exposure to financial crime or compliance systems—AML, KYC/CDD, fraud, or similar domains.
  • Familiarity with A. platforms (SAM, CDD, ActOne, CTR, OAS, etc.) or willingness and ability to learn quickly.
  • Confidence working with complex data flows, rule configurations, and alerting logic.
  • Experience with tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, or other automation technologies.
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or Java are all helpful).
  • Comfort testing cloud‑based systems, ideally AWS or other SaaS environments.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly in a project‑driven environment.

Must have
  • 5+ years in software testing, with several years focused on automation.
  • Background in financial services or similar highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
  • Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset—you enjoy improving processes and sharing knowledge.
