About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Product & Platform Engineering Architect with a proven track record in IT Services organizations, leading complex engineering transformations and platform initiatives across Telecom, Media, Technology, and Private Equity domains (Preferred). The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of deep technical expertise, architecture leadership, and a strategic consulting mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture Leadership
- Lead architecture strategy and delivery for cloud-native, web, and mobile applications.
- Own full-stack architecture across .NET, Java, multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), middleware, containers (Kubernetes), and integration layers.
- Oversee architecture for data platforms, AI/ML applications, and large-scale digital transformation or re-engineering programs.
- Drive non-functional excellence: security, performance, scalability, multi-lingual/multi-tenant support, etc.
2. Engagement & Delivery Management
- Lead and guide a team of 8-10 architects across large strategic deals ($3M–$5M+).
- Conduct technical audits, define and enforce architecture and engineering best practices.
- Drive technical governance models and engineering excellence frameworks across engagements.
3. Pre-Sales & Consulting
- Partner with sales and solution teams in shaping complex pursuits – RFIs, RFPs, proposals, PoVs, and PoCs.
- Provide consultative input for customer engagements and workshops.
- Contribute to technical estimations, solution blueprints, cost models, and effort sizing.
4. Asset & Capability Development
- Build and maintain reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
- Contribute to IP creation, solution packaging, and internal capability building.
- Evaluate and adopt relevant technology trends to enhance organizational offerings.
5. Talent & Stakeholder Management
- Participate in architect/tech lead hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews.
- Act as a senior advisor to executive leadership and customer stakeholders.
- Lead technical sessions, design walkthroughs, and architecture reviews with clients.
Key Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Deep experience in designing and scaling cloud-native platforms and enterprise applications.
- Strong in .NET, Java, RESTful API design, Microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), data pipelines, and AI-driven applications.
- Working knowledge of DevOps, QA automation, observability, and platform reliability.
Industry Experience
- Proven track record in Telecom, Media, Technology, and/or Private Equity domains.
- Exposure to B2B/B2C products, SaaS models, and multi-channel platforms.
Certifications (Preferred)
- AWS/GCP/Azure Certified Architect
- TOGAF, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) etc.

Education
