We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Cloud team. This role focuses on hybrid and multi-cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and CI/CD automation across AWS and Azure environments.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Cloud team. This role focuses on hybrid and multi-cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and CI/CD automation across AWS and Azure environments.
You will work closely with senior architects and engineers, contributing to the implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable cloud environments. This is not an entry-level role. You should already be productive in cloud environments and ready to grow into deeper ownership.
What you'll bring:
Cloud Networking (AWS & Azure)
- Strong experience designing high-availability, scalable, and high-performance backend systems
- Hands-on background in high-volume data processing and distributed systems
- Solid understanding and practical use of Agile methodologies
- Experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) and modern QA practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles, pipelines, and automated delivery
- Proven ability to work effectively in a corporate, cross-functional environment
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in complex and evolving systems
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and motivate others
- Very good command of spoken and written English
AWS:
- VPCs, subnets, route tables
- Security groups and Network ACLs
- VPC peering
- Site-to-Site VPN
- Route 53 (including private hosted zones)
Azure:
- Virtual Networks (VNets) and peering
- Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- User Defined Routes (UDRs)
- Azure Firewall (rule configuration and troubleshooting)
- Virtual Network Gateways
- Private Endpoints and Service Endpoints
- Exposure to ExpressRoute, BGP routing, or complex redundancy patterns is a plus but not required.
Hybrid Connectivity & DNS
- Support configuration of IPsec VPN connections
- Assist with hybrid DNS resolution between on-prem and cloud
- Troubleshoot name resolution and connectivity issues
Working knowledge of:
- Conditional forwarding concepts
- AWS Route 53 Resolver
- Azure Private DNS Zones
- Avoiding DNS resolution loops and misconfigurations
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Terraform is a core component of this role.
You should be able to:
- Write and maintain Terraform modules
- Work with remote state backends
- Understand provider versioning and environment separation
- Troubleshoot plan/apply issues
- Safely update and refactor infrastructure code
Required experience:
- Terraform 1.x
- Modular infrastructure design
- Multi-environment deployments (dev, test, prod)
CI/CD & Automation
- Contribute to infrastructure pipelines
- Maintain Jenkins-based Terraform workflows
- Work with Git-based source control (Bitbucket or similar)
- Participate in pull request reviews and automated plan validation
Nice to have:
- Security or compliance checks in pipelines
- Cost estimation tools
- Environment promotion workflows
Governance & Cloud Operations
- Support landing zone and multi-account environments
- Help enforce tagging, IAM policies, and segmentation
- Contribute to secure and compliant cloud operations
Exposure to:
- AWS Organizations or Azure landing zones
- Hub-and-spoke networking models
- Least-privilege IAM practices
Key skillsets:
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Hands-on AWS and/or Azure experience
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, DNS, VPN)
- Practical Terraform experience in production environments
- Experience working with Git-based workflows
- Strong troubleshooting mindset
Language Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English is required
- French language skills are considered a strong advantage, especially for collaboration with French-speaking clients, but are not mandatory
