  • Own architecture and design of advanced dataplane acceleration solutions involving DPDK, OVS/OVS‑DPDK, OFP/ODP, and kernel bypass frameworks.
  • NUMA tuning, CPU pinning strategies, and thread/core‑affinity models to maximize packet‑processing throughput.
  • Lead performance benchmarking, latency profiling, bottleneck identification, and continuous system‑level optimization.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to ensure CI/CD integration using GitLab / BitBucket.
  • Document architectural decisions, test methodologies, and analysis reports for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership in reviews, prototyping, debugging, and system validation.

Qualifications:
Education
  • BE/ME in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, MCS.
Experience
  • 6–10 years in dataplane engineering, high‑performance networking, fast‑path system design.

Professional Qualities
  • Strong analytical and systems‑level thinking.
  • Comfortable owning architecture and providing technical direction.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Hands‑on, decisive problem solver capable of driving performance‑critical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills
  • DPDK, OVS/OVS‑DPDK, OFP/ODP
  • NUMA tuning, hugepages, CPU pinning, core affinity
