In this hybrid role in Reading, PA, our Wholesale Director will take our business to the next level. From expanding into new markets to strengthening existing partnerships, you’ll have a direct, immediate impact on how far and fast we grow.

What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the overall wholesale strategy, driving revenue growth while maintaining profitability, and establishing strong relationships with key retail partners. The Wholesale Director will also ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Day to day, you’ll focus on:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive wholesale sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Identifying and pursuing new wholesale business opportunities and partnerships
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key wholesale clients and retail partners
- Analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to support wholesale initiatives
- Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for executive leadership
- Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
What you need to thrive in this role
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience selling consumer packaged goods, with premium or specialty brands considered a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Experience managing a CRM, using it to track performance, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable reviewing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to guide decisions
- Collaborative approach - able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000/yr with bonus potential
