The Warehouse Operator in Cluj-Napoca, Romania is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing drivers. The clerk is responsible for completing paperwork, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and error free. The clerk provides information both internally and externally as needed. Responsible to verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments, unload shipments received and prepare items for outgoing shipment.

 Responsibilities:  
  • Receives raw materials, printing materials, auxiliary materials, and other materials required for the production process, and prepares the goods receipt document (NIR), attaching the following documents: invoice / delivery note, quality / warranty certificate;
  • Manages the raw materials warehouse, including materials from the production department;
  • Responsible for handling and stacking raw materials to prevent damage;
  • Computer operation – Radius (all operations related to the raw materials warehouse);
  • Stores non-conforming materials separately and labels them accordingly;
  • Responsible for inventory management;
  • Prepares raw materials in the format and quantity specified in the Technological Sheet and Production Release Sheet and hands them over to the machine operator or the technical coordinator in the printing department, together with the Technological and Production Release Sheet;
  • PC operation: WinnMentor, Wops, Word, Excel for preparing documents such as goods receipts (NIR), stock cards, consumption vouchers, transfer notes;
  • Actively participates in year-end inventory or whenever required.
Qualifications:  
  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing/production industry
  • English language – intermediate level
  • PC operation: WinnMentor, Radius, Wops, Word, Excel for preparing documents such as goods receipts (NIR), stock cards, consumption vouchers, transfer notes
  • ISCIR forklift authorization preferred, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
