NOW HIRING: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor — $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Crown Colony Apartments | Topeka, KS | $27–30/hr + Quarterly Bonuses

Lead our maintenance team at a 220-unit community with a team that's proud of their work — and get paid like it.

What you'll make:

• $27–30/hour based on experience
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (after 90 days of employment)
• Up to $1,000/quarter in performance bonuses
• On-call pay: $100/week you're on-call, plus minimum 1.5 hrs pay per emergency call
• Full benefits package

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. On-call roughly once every 3 weeks.

What you'll do:

• Lead a maintenance team handling everything from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and unit turns
• Keep the property running smoothly for 220 apartment homes
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Be the go-to problem solver residents and staff can count on

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of multifamily/apartment maintenance experience (supervisory experience required, but a strong senior tech ready to lead is welcome to apply)
• HVAC knowledge required; EPA 608 certification preferred — willing to help you get certified if you're close
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Someone who takes ownership and leads by example, not just delegates
