💵 What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $30.00 – $33.00/hour (based on experience)
- Quarterly Maintenance Bonus: Up to $4,000/year

🔧 Your Role at Whisper Hollow:
- Prioritize and complete service requests and work orders
- Oversee unit Make Ready/Turn processes for new move-ins
- Work with Property Manager to manage budget and planning
- Lead the preventive maintenance program
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance team
- Participate in on-call rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)
- Perform interior/exterior painting and staining as needed
✅ What You Bring to the Team:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- HVAC experience required (AC, electric, forced air)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Preferred Certifications:
- EPA Certification
- CPO Certification
Hands-On Skills in:
- Drywall, painting, carpentry
- Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- Appliance repair
- Water heater repair (gas and electric)
