We’re looking for a strong candidate to manage our Order Management Analyst team and support Exabeam’s global customers. This person will be working closely with the worldwide field organization, channel partners, and internal teams. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail. 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Order Management Analysts.
  • Act as subject matter expert on all aspects of order entry – PO requirements, revenue, shipping, approvals, contracts, etc.
  • Responsible for all aspects of setting up and processing Sales Orders, with familiarity in using SFDC.
  • Manage team to ensure orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner with minimal order discrepancies, collaborating with Sales, Sales Ops, Legal, Revenue and Cloud Ops teams as necessary to solve and assist as it relates to billing or revenue.
  • Review Sales related agreements to set up SaaS Sales Orders and SaaS Environment properly, consistent with company policies.
  • Manage team that is responsible for processing various inventory transactions in a timely manner to maintain current and accurate materials records.
  • Analyze deals in pipeline, customer demand, and other trends to help manage inventory orders appropriately.
  • Resolve and track issues / inquiries from Sales as they arise and address root cause problems.
  • Identify any non-standard contract term and collaborate with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
  • An ability to understand the impact of the overall construct of software licenses, services, and renewal deals may have on bookings and revenue recognition.
  • Adhere to order to cash related accounting policies, internal controls, and processes.
  • Can communicate roadblocks and order challenges and can consult strategically to management.
  • Assist in executing an efficient and accurate accounting close and reporting process.
  • Provide input for on-going development and improvement on systems and operation processes, enabling repeatable processes, scalability, and the support of new business initiatives.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis, when needed.
  • Cover US Holidays as needed.
  • Work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Order Management or a related role in a high-tech industry.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends during month-end close (blackout period).
  • Highly organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a high-pressure environment with moderate supervision.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills – ideal candidate should be able to make reasonable decisions when presented with imperfect data.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to maintain professional and courteous communication with all levels of customer and company personnel.
  • Strong computer knowledge and skill in MS Office and enterprise ERP order management systems. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Salary:   

The annual starting salary for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 annually plus bonus/commission, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
