The analyst relations coordinator will join the global content team in driving consistent, thoughtful, and positive awareness of Exabeam among key industry influencers, partners, customers, and prospects. In this role, you’ll facilitate and execute programs that drive global awareness and understanding within the analyst community of Exabeam’s strategy, our leading cybersecurity portfolio, and key differentiators. Working with a cross-functional team of marketing, product management, and company executives, you will help Exabeam be accurately represented in relevant industry reports for SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Security Analytics/UEBA, and Insider Threats. You’ll also utilize these analyst reports and provide support to our demand generation effort with reports and data from analyst firms.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Implement and contribute to an analyst engagement plan that conveys Exabeam’s vision as well as ongoing business momentum.
  • Manage Exabeam’s involvement in key industry reports (e.g. Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, etc.).
  • Respond to inbound analyst requests, and manage regular proactive briefings, inquiries, and other communications.
  • Collect and share industry intelligence with a cross-functional team of internal partners.
  • Communicate with internal subject-matter experts to develop/maintain and receive presentations and other content needed to support analyst engagements.
  • Work with Customer Marketing to build a library of analyst references and end-user reviews for sites managed by analyst firms (e.g. Gartner Peer Insights).
  • Review, edit, and proof various marketing and analyst content to support the needs of the content team.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably at a b2b technology provider or agency, focused on AR, PR, or media.
  • Experience with business-to-business technology, cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus.
  • BS/BA degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent related experience.
  • Organized with attention to detail and follow-up, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to meet common goals and deadlines.
  • Focus on action, results, learning, and growth.
  • Ability to work an 8AM to 5PM schedule on weekdays with after-hours required to engage with international audiences.
  • Experience working with the MS Office Suite of Applications, Google Enterprise Suite of Applications. Knowledge of Asana or another project/work management tool is a plus

The annual starting salary for this position is between $70,000 - $80,000 annually plus bonus/commission, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
