We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts at Exabeam (a leading Security Information and Event Management provider). As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Your deep understanding of messaging and positioning will ensure that our products are effectively communicated to the market and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Own the go-to-market strategy for Exabeam solutions, coordinating product launches and working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, marketing, and customer success) to ensure alignment.
- Strategic Messaging & Positioning: Develop high-impact messaging, product positioning, and value propositions that differentiate our SIEM solutions in a competitive cybersecurity landscape, particularly around the use of AI for advanced threat detection and response.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and enablement to develop effective sales tools, training programs, and resources to help sales teams articulate the benefits of both our cloud-native AI-driven Security Operations Platform, and self-hosted SIEM platforms to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Thought Leadership & Evangelism: Act as a spokesperson and thought leader for the company’s SIEM solutions, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences. Produce thought leadership content such as blogs, white papers, case studies, and webinars.
- Customer Advocacy: Drive customer engagement programs, including case studies, testimonials, and user communities to promote real-world use cases of the company’s solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to align on product strategy, ensuring that marketing efforts support product development and business goals.
- Demand Generation Collaboration: Collaborate with the demand generation team to create campaigns that drive awareness, leads, and conversions for SIEM solutions, ensuring the alignment of messaging across digital channels, advertising, and content.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives, including product adoption, customer feedback, and market share growth. Regularly report insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity, SIEM, or AI-driven security technologies.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of SIEM and security operations, with the ability to articulate the value of advanced threat detection, incident response, and analytics platforms.
- Leadership Experience: A proven track record leading product marketing teams, with experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically while also executing detailed deliverables. Experience building and scaling go-to-market strategies for complex, enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.
- Sales Enablement: Experience creating and delivering compelling sales tools, presentations, and training to enable sales teams in highly technical markets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to marketing strategy, with the ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and campaign performance to drive decision-making.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across teams, including sales, product, engineering, and marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with SIEM, EDR, NDR, XDR, or a AI-driven cybersecurity solution.
- Expertise in positioning and marketing for cybersecurity use cases, such as automated threat detection, behavioral analytics, and incident response.
- Familiarity with marketing management and automation platforms such as Salesforce, Asana, Showpad.
- Experience scaling marketing strategies globally across different regions.

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $172,000 - $200,000 annually plus bonus, depending on location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
