Key Objectives
- Manage project requirements and provide status updates to Engagement Manager and key project stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolving Liferay's customer centricity
- Ability to independently drive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Own team backlog and implementation
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to refine stories and solidify requirements
- Drive iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories
- Provide story details, set priorities, and approve the final sprint plan for each iteration
- Perform feature reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements and are fit for purpose
- Demonstrate completed stories or feature increments to stakeholders
- Participate in team demos and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software experience in either a development or Business Analyst role
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex business requirement concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
- Knowledge and experience in communicating business requirements with distributed cross-functional teams
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
