Are you a Product Manager who is customer-obsessed, and passionate about scaling a high-growth business? Then this could be the opportunity for you! In this role, you will partner with engineering, product, finance, legal, and other cross-functional teams to define and build secure, next generation platforms that enables subscriptions, post-purchase capabilities and integrations with new payment processors and other payment options. You’ll sweat the details, work side by side with the team, and lead with a high say/do ratio. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the lives of our Small Business customers, drive huge business value and define the future of democratizing law for SMB entrepreneurs.

You will

        Define the roadmap and execute on payments, billing, subscription management platform capabilities focused on enabling self serve for our customers

        Be intimately connected and a champion for customers - internal or external

        Learn fast, fail fast mindset, adept at working nimbly and efficiently to balance between delivering on short term needs while keeping an eye on scalability

        Own planning and end-to-end execution of features/programs working with engineering, finance, legal, and other product teams

        Leverage data and insights to drive quality customer experiences

You have

        3+ years of tech industry product management experience

        Proven track record of building and delivering successful platform products that underpin B2C/prosumer/B2B experiences.

        Experience in building billing and subscription capabilities is preferred in e-commerce/SaaS

        Data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decision-making

        Ability to leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to transform challenging user experience, business, and technology problems into actionable ideas

        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

        Understanding of software engineering concepts and best practices specifically focused on APIs & platform strategy


LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is ($116,000 - $240,000). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
