Remote-first
Since March 2020, our Zoomers have worked remotely and reported an overall better work-life balance with more time for family and personal wellness.
At the end of 2021, LegalZoom made the official commitment to being a remote-first company. Remote-first means that there is no expectation that Zoomers come into an office for a fixed number of days outside of those employees identified as essential onsite workers. While we remain a remote-first culture, our local offices have evolved as collaboration spaces for Zoomers to meet and engage in person.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager who is truly data-obsessed to join the Fulfillment Product Team, supporting the backbone of the services LegalZoom provides.
We are looking for a Sr PM leading the modernization and evolution of our internal fulfillment systems. This is a high visibility role that will require strong partnership with engineering, operations, data science, and other cross-functional teams. You’ll sweat the details, work side by side with the team, and lead with a high say/do ratio. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the lives of our Small Business customers, drive huge business value and define the future of unleashing entrepreneurship for SMBs.
You will
● Define the roadmap and execute on initiatives focused on delivering a delightful customer experience that is streamlined, thoughtful, and timely.
● Be intimately connected and a champion for our customers and the operations team that delivers our customer promise.
● Learn fast, fail fast mindset – move with speed levering lean methodology practices, while balancing short term opportunities with long term reusability and scale.
● Own planning and end-to-end execution of features/programs working with business, operations, data science, and engineering teams.
● Be data-driven, prioritizing solving the most impactful and pressing challenges for our business and delivering in a measurable way.
● Detail-oriented mindset whether documenting requirements to ensure the product experience you have defined works as expected while balancing an avoidance of scope creep.
You have
● 3+ years of tech industry product management.
● Proven track record of building and delivering successful internal platform solutions and digging into the details with a cross-functional team.
● Data-informed mindset with proven experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize roadmap.
● Customer empathy, strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop seamless experiences.
● Highly proficient in communicating, influencing and energizing product development teams, stakeholders, and other product verticals.
● Ability to leverage strong problem-solving and analytical skills to transform challenging user experience, business, and technology problems into actionable ideas.
● Experience in fast moving organizations and adapting products, processes and teams.
● Ability to track multiple workflows, dependencies, resolve questions, and keep stakeholders updated on progress and potential risks.
● Appreciate quality by setting an exceptionally high bar for building amazing experiences.
● Understanding of software engineering concepts such as ETL pipelines, APIs, and data models
● Experience as a software engineer or a technical product manager is a plus.
LegalZoom is a remote-first company and the national range for this role is (($108,00-$216,200). Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs. In addition, an annual bonus, incentive bonus and/or restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
