We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer with a passion for delivering impactful, scalable solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization. This role is ideal for a technologist who combines deep platform expertise with a strong product mindset and a drive to modernize development through AI-enabled practices.
As a trusted technical leader, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions for Sales, Staffing, and Engagement Management functions. You will partner closely with product teams, architects, and business stakeholders to design and implement high-quality front-end and back-end solutions while continuously improving the developer experience through modern tooling and AI.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform
- Strong expertise in Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience designing scalable solutions and optimizing business processes
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and App Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development workflows and productivity
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue, Angular) and JavaScript ecosystem
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, System Architect)
