OEM Operations Coordinator
Description
We are looking for an OEM Operations Coordinator who wants to facilitate customer operations, organize documentation, and more. You will take your expertise in customer service and task coordination and use it to facilitate critical functions of our organization. You will focus on managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing detailed documentation, and making sure our OEM operations run smoothly.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Responsible for working with the OEM Program Management Team on our top programs and projects
- Manage incoming customer support cases relating to OEM operations and effectively troubleshoot those to reach a solution
- Communicate via email with customers to inform them of the status of their support case
- Prepare detailed reports and submit monthly files to various OEM partners
- Lead some projects independently and contribute to the success of the OEM Programs Team
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but 3-4 years of relevant work experience are acceptable substitutes
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting expertise
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with a project management software preferred
- Experience with CRM software preferred

This position will be supporting our Dealer Car Search brand. Dealer Car Search provides automobile dealers with a multitude of Web Applications to help them manage their dealership more efficiently and profitably. Including but not limited to: Dealer Website Management, Internet Advertising Management, Integrated Lead Management, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Generation, Inventory Data Management, Inventory Syndication, Inventory Turn Management, Reputation Management, Call Tracking Management, as well as, Value Added Inventory Merchandising Products and Services.
