Financial Analyst (Corporate Reporting)
Description
Financial Analyst (Corporate Reporting)
LeadVenture is expanding its corporate reporting capability and we’re hiring a hands-on Financial Analyst to join our offshore Corporate Reporting team. This role will own the production and continuous improvement of standardized reporting. You’ll work closely with FP&A, Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Sales teams, and provide support in preparing exec and board materials.
This is a pragmatic, execution-focused role. You’ll produce Excel and PowerPoint reporting packs, operate Adaptive Insights, draft executive commentary, and design workflow improvements that scale.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day production, reconciliation and delivery of daily and monthly corporate reporting (bookings, bookings-to-revenue, retention, KPI dashboards, etc.)
- Be the primary owner of bookings reporting: validate booking records, reconcile bookings to revenue, investigate variances and implement process controls
- Build, maintain and optimize executive reporting packs and operational dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain and support Adaptive Insights models and reporting views used to generate corporate packs and support month-end activities
- Draft concise, executive-ready commentary for monthly/quarterly financial decks and board materials
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Accounting to align definitions, improve upstream data flows, and automate reporting where possible
- Identify and implement process and tooling improvements to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy (templates, macros, OfficeConnect / Adaptive automation)
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and project work to support corporate reporting needs and leadership requests
- Keep documentation, versioning, and reconciliations current and audit-ready
What we’re looking for
Required
- 2–5 years of relevant finance experience (corporate reporting, FP&A, revenue/booking analysis), preferably supporting SaaS/recurring revenue models
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, structured modeling; macros a plus)
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into succinct commentary
- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable producing executive commentary
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across Revenue Operations, Accounting, and Sales teams
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar ERP / CPM systems
Preferred
- Direct experience with bookings reporting, ARR/ACV metrics, and revenue reconciliation
- Experience producing executive PowerPoint reporting packs
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (or equivalent FP&A tool) and OfficeConnect (or similar live-link tooling)
- SQL experience and familiarity with BI tools
- Prior experience in an offshore finance center supporting US finance stakeholders
Why you’ll love working here
- High-impact role supporting executive and board reporting — your work will directly improve financial clarity and decision-making.
- Opportunity to build scalable reporting processes and automation that materially reduce manual effort.
- Close cross-functional partnership with Revenue Operations, Accounting and FP&A, and exposure to senior finance leadership.
- Collaborative, growth-oriented team and remote-first flexibility while aligning with US business hours.
