Product Owner
As the Product Owner for our digital marketing services products, you will own the customer-facing tools and systems that enable LeadVenture to provide scalable marketing solutions for our dealer customers. You will be responsible for translating customer needs and business goals into a clear, prioritized backlog that drives measurable outcomes for our dealers. Critical to success is the ability to serve as the voice of the product within your Scrum team, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and engineering while maintaining a sharp focus on delivery quality, backlog health, and well-defined user stories. A deep understanding of automated digital marketing & multi-channel lifecycle marketing is essential to thrive in this role.
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
  • Own the definition, implementation, and adoption of features across lifecycle and automated marketing products.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the team backlog for sprint iteration planning, ensuring stories meet Definition of Ready standards before entering a sprint.
  • Translate customer requirements and product vision into clear epics and user stories, articulating the "why" in addition to the "what".
  • Partner with engineering, marketing operations, and channel specialists to ensure product features align with the capabilities and best practices of each platform.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, identify dependencies, edge cases, and cross-team impacts early in the development cycle.
  • Communicate risks, trade-offs, and progress across Engineering, UX, Security, and Leadership.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story refinement; deliver business-focused sprint demos.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (directors, product managers, and internal leadership) to ensure that designed solutions meet expectations.
  • Become a go-to subject matter expert regarding digital marketing tooling and an evangelist for a data-driven culture within LeadVenture.
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, workflow efficiency, engagement, and lead conversion) to measure the effectiveness of delivered features.
  • Monitor product usage and user feedback to inform future development.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or a product ownership/Agile delivery role.
  • Demonstrated ability to decompose complex features into structured, development-ready user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Strong experience in a Scrum-based environment with knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with digital marketing services, including lifecycle marketing, email marketing, SEO, Reputation Management, and SEM.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, and to work effectively with customer success, stakeholders, development, and sales groups.
  • Proven ability to summarize and present complex findings and technical information clearly and concisely to various technical and management audiences.
  • Analytical mind with a passion for digging into complex questions with an evidence-based approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
