We are looking for an organized, analytical individual with a willingness to learn to join our team. This position will support information review, project follow up, and data management within Salesforce and other internal platforms, ensuring the accuracy and quality of information.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to detect discrepancies, and the willingness to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects. They should also demonstrate analytical thinking, accountability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining data accuracy and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and validate information in Salesforce and other internal systems
· Identify and report errors, discrepancies, or inconsistencies in data
· Support the execution and follow up of operational projects
· Collaborate with different teams
· Track assigned tasks and meet established deadlines
· Adapt to new processes, projects, and operational changes
· Support tasks related to websites and digital platforms
Requirements
· Intermediate English proficiency, reading and comprehension
· Strong data entry skills
· Experience or familiarity with websites or web platforms
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
· Ability to learn quickly
· Willingness to learn new projects and adapt to change
· Teamwork skills
· Responsible and well organized
· Ability to follow established processes while meeting deadlines.
· Basic experience with Salesforce preferred but not required
