Position at Dealer Spike Belize

We are looking for a Data Team Supervisor who is interested in supporting a growing customer service team in Belize. You will take your expertise in the Dealer Car Search, customer service and the needs of our service teams and use it to ensure a great customer experience for all. 
Here is what you’ll get to do: 
  • Lead team in day-to-day activities by supporting them in all aspects of delivery, making process decisions, and determining task assignments

  • Resolve customer requests alongside staff.

  • Investigate escalated customer inquiries as needed.

  • Assist in monitoring the progress of open tasks through the work order system.

  • Assist in the preparation of and prepare reports and analyses on trends, recommendations, and technical logs.

  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training to team members

  • Address and resolve personnel issues to ensure a positive work environment

  • Expedite communication and recommend techniques and best practices to Customers and Implementation Specialists.

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring and training.

  • Ensure team members have appropriate training and other resources to successfully perform their jobs.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on solutions.

  • Maintain and preserve an appropriate standard of confidentiality.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. 

     
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:  
  • Relevant experience of 3 to 5 years, of which at least 1 is in a leadership role.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong technical knowledge base 

  • Exposure to programming languages 

  • Experience/exposure Transactional SQL and text editors

  • Time management and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written/verbal communication and mathematical skills

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Desire to contribute to the growth of an organization by motivating, guiding, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment
