Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Global Marketing team, the Market Research Analyst's principal responsibilities are to collect, analyze and present relevant data to help Laborie improve commercial initiatives. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) role. The Market Research Analyst will report to the Senior Market Research Analyst.
About the Role:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and generate actionable insights into regular reports for commercial teams to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Collect data for all product lines to estimate opportunities and market share. 
  • Review global government healthcare policies, reports, clinical literature to spot and summarize healthcare trends.  
  • Aggregate large healthcare databases, create and maintain customizable Power BI reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide competitive analysis  and present findings on various companies’ market offerings, market positions, pricing/business models and commercial strategies.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree (B.S./B.A.) in Market Research, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Science or related field required.
  • Proven market research analysis experience.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, and other search engines, web analytics, and business research tools. 
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods and tools (polls, focus groups, surveys, Qualtrics etc.) with working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining.
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) required.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
