Tire Retread Technician
Description
- You’ll work in a manufacturing environment that can be warm, noisy, and fast-paced.
- You’ll be on your feet most of the day, using hand tools and machines to inspect, buff, and prepare tires for retreading.
- The work is repetitive but methodical, requiring patience and a strong attention to detail.
- You’ll wear protective gear (gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots) and follow strict safety procedures.
- You’ll be part of a supportive team that works together to meet daily production goals.
- Paid training, covering retread operations.
- Skill progression, you’ll start with tire inspection and preparation before advancing to full retreading.

- Starting wage: $24.31/hr as per the collective agreement. We offer a clear path for career advancement with wage increases along the way.
- Guaranteed bonus $500 minimum per month

- $27.00+/hr days (including guaranteed bonus)
- $29.00+/hr overnights (includes shift premium)
- Base wage: $24.31/hr as per the collective agreement
- Guaranteed bonus: $500+ per month
- Night shift premium: $2.00+/hr
- 12 hours shifts 7 days on 7 days off
- Days 7am-7pm OR
- Overnights 7pm to 7am premium $2.00+hr for overnight shift

- Basic computer skills for recording production data.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
