VP, Order to Cash / Billing Operations

Description
As the Vice President of Financial Operations, you will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash process for all customers across a significant number of brands, products, and platforms. Our business is rapidly growing and changing, requiring a Financial Operations executive who will proactively evolve our Order-to-Cash process to meet the needs of the business and take advantage of new technology. The ideal candidate will be an individual who can lead multiple projects at one time, who uses data to make key decisions, and who understands billing and payments systems inside and out.
Key job responsibilities:
- Lead billing and collections for 100,000+ clients monthly across 200+ brands and 100,000+ products
- Implement and maintain modern systems to support order management, invoicing, cash transactions, cash applications and collections
- Establish and maintain relationships with treasury vendors to support a variety of payments options
- Lead and grow a team of Financial Operations professionals across multiple continents with attention paid to frequent training, performance assessment, and process improvement
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Support functions to ensure process excellence and the best possible outcomes for the company and our clients
- Lead a data-driven approach using Business Intelligence and AI to drive process and strategy decisions
- Lead acquisition integration efforts for billing and payments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 10+ years of experience in Financial Operations
- 5+ years managing a team within Financial Operations
- Experience working in a high-volume multi-system environment
- Experience with automated SaaS billing and card-on-file payments
- Experience with complicated multi-element billing for annual contracts exceeding $50M+ per customer
- Experience managing a global team across multiple continents and time zones
- Experience leading the implementation of new billing and payments systems, including a deep understanding of card-on-file payment workflows
- Experience onboarding newly acquired companies to core systems and processes

We expect the base salary for this role to be between $70-95K, with a variable compensation plan, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
