HR and Recruiting Operations Lead

Description
The HR and Recruiting Operations Lead will play a key role in optimizing and supporting Internet Brands' talent acquisition and HR operations functions. This role will develop and enhance processes that drive efficiency, improve candidate and employee experiences, and support our overall growth objectives. We are looking for a strategic problem solver with an interest in business operations, HR systems, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Operations: Support the recruiting team by aligning with hiring goals, improving workflows, and implementing best practices. Leverage technology, data, and innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
- HR Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Oversee and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Administer onboarding paperwork, coordinate with IT for system access and equipment setup, and streamline onboarding workflows for efficiency and compliance. Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a structured and engaging new hire experience.
- HR Technology & Systems Management: Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), Jobvite, and other talent acquisition tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Collaborate with HR and IT to evaluate, implement, and maintain HR technology solutions that streamline processes.
- Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain recruiting and HR operations reporting, providing insights that drive continuous improvement. Use data analytics to assess funnel effectiveness and workforce trends.
- Process Improvement & Change Management: Identify opportunities for efficiency across HR and recruiting operations. Drive process enhancements, manage change initiatives, and ensure adoption of new tools and workflows.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Partnership: Partner with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and external vendors to improve overall operational effectiveness.
- Project & Program Management: Lead and support key initiatives that enhance HR and recruiting operations, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or related fields.
- Experience with HR technology and applicant tracking systems (Jobvite preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all HR and recruiting operations.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports that support process improvements.
- Experience coordinating onboarding processes, including paperwork administration and IT coordination.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
