Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
- Perform detailed forensic accounting investigations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s or CPA a plus)
- Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Expertise in forensic accounting and fraud detection techniques
- Experience with internal audits and compliance processes
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
