About the Role
The Staff Accountant will play a key role in reconciling financial accounts between various accounting software systems and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid accounting knowledge, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile financial accounts across multiple software systems
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with general bookkeeping tasks
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies
  • Assist in preparing reports, tracking expenses, and managing invoices
  • Work closely with the Accounting Manager to support daily financial operations
  • Handle confidential financial information with professionalism
Qualifications
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Experience with accounting software (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
