Senior Client Executive
Overview: The Senior Client Executive (Sr. CE) at FindLaw is a pivotal role responsible for engaging with a portfolio of high-value, existing customers to understand their digital marketing needs, provide expert portfolio-wide consultation, and manage the execution of tailored, multi-channel solutions that drive business success and client retention.
 
This role combines expertise in strategic digital marketing, exceptional relationship management, and revenue growth skills. The Sr. CE will partner with Solutions Consultants to assist in conducting holistic digital marketing audits of law firms, articulate the value of FindLaw’s comprehensive offerings, and act as a trusted, long-term advisor to clients. The Sr. CE will hold a book of business and be responsible for growing the NRR through retention, upsell growth on existing customers, and supporting new sales growth into this space. 

Core Responsibilities: 
Strategic Account Management & Consultation
  • Engage with existing high-value customers to identify their digital marketing challenges and goals through needs assessments and data analysis.
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants to develop and present customized, multi-channel digital marketing strategies that align FindLaw's solutions with the customer's business objectives and budget. (Customer Success Plans, Strategic Growth Plans, ROI reports)
  • Provide ongoing consultations, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure clients understand the value of their solutions by aligning goals, reviewing actions taken, and setting a clear, strategic roadmap for future work.
  • Collaborate with sales to recommend strategic solutions and contribute to maximizing client retention and growth opportunities.
  • Own and drive an NRR goal of a $4M+ book of business. 
Workflow Management: Marketing Execution & Task Delegation
  • Active involvement in the management and execution of ongoing marketing strategy for assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with internal fulfillment teams on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), content, paid advertising, and social media work to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with the client strategy.
  • Be hands on with digital marketing strategy as required by various sophistication and complexity of customer portfolios. 
Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis
  • Use Insight to monitor and report on the performance of client portfolios and marketing campaigns, which may include websites, local profiles, social media, paid advertising and FindLaw directory listings.
  • Review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other determined metrics, interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the customer.
Relationship Building & Internal Collaboration
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the primary strategic point of contact in the digital marketing space.
  • Work closely with internal partners in digital marketing, product, marketing, strategy, sales, and technology to relay client strategy plans, feedback, and insights to aid in the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, as well as legal industry-specific challenges and opportunities, to provide relevant and cutting-edge advice.

Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a consulting or customer-facing role. A minimum of 5 years in a quota holding, revenue driven role with a track record for exceeding quota targets.
Digital Expertise
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
Tools & Software
High level of proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms (i.e. Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
Core Skills
Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights. Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Work Style
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with customers at all levels. Independent time and resource management by balancing competing priorities, projects, and customer needs.
Industry Preference
Experience in the legal industry is preferred, but not required.
